Another smart move for Mom

A little over a week ago i was preparing stew for dinner and wasent paying attention when i threw the meat into the boiling hot oil and it splashed on my fingers. We went to urgent care and found out that i had 3rd degree on my ring finger and second degree on the middle and pointer.
The other day i was playing with Eli and it got a little to rough, suddenly he grabbed my fingers which put tears in my eyes. When Eli asked what was wrong and i told him that he needed to be gentle cause mamma hurt her fingers - he asked "Well, what'd you do that for?"
