Ever since Eli saw Ratitoue he has been obsessed with cooking. He always wants to help in the kitchen (which has really helped with him trying new foods). His favorite foods to help with are pancakes, french toast, mak n cheese, pasta, quesidillas, brownies , cookies and cakes. All of which do not involve cutting anything.
Yesterday (Valentines Day) he received a package in the mail from Nana (Gabe's mom) inside was his very own apron, toge (hat) and cooking utensils. He was so excited! He was ready to start cooking. When he saw that he now has his own measuring cups he told me that he doesnt need my help anymore to make pancakes since he has his own "1 cup". As much as i believe he is going to make a fine chef one of these days - i think i will still help him out in the kitchen.
