Aunt Katie

Our Dear Katie left Idaho, Family and Us to marry a wonderful man who is from Mexico last November. They have been living there and have been doing very well. This past week Katie came to visit. We were so, so happy to see her and spend time with her - especially Cora, who took to her almost instantly. Katie says its because she recognized her voice from all of our long, long talks we would have when i was pregnant - not to mention Katie was in the room when Cora came into this world. When Cora was first born and Katie was getting ready to leave for Mexico to get married - she kept "threatening" that she was going to smuggle Cora into Mexico, since she looked like a Mexican Baby. Even though Cora has turned into a little white girl, Katie still made her threats. I think Katie was more sad about saying good-bye to Cora than she was saying good-bye to me ;D. We LOVE you Katie and will miss you, but are very glad that you get to be with your loving husband again very soon.... Wish you could of been here Elias - hope to see you SOON!!!!! Love You Guys!

This is such a wonderful picture down below. Katie was trying to show Cora how to crawl and instead of bending her legs, Cora would stretch them out and make them stiff so Katie couldnt bend them. She looks like she is doing push ups. We were both cracking up.
