Last Friday was Co-op day. The country was Uganda and Eli had foods. So we researched Uganda's foods and found out they LOVE plantains. They eat them with everything and every way. One recipe we did was garlic plantains. Ours came out a little wrong (just with the way they are supposed to look) but overall they were not that bad and Eli loved them.. Go figure.
