Uncle Noah and Aunt Brendie's Wedding

For all of you Ridgecrest Family - Here are some pictures of the wedding. It was 40's themed wedding and apart from it being freezing cold outside and very windy - it was a wonderful and beautiful wedding. We had so much fun. Cora loves the wind and did not seem to be bothered by the cold at all (what a trooper) and Eli had so much fun dancing the night away and eating up every compliment he got that he did just fine to. I am very sad - because of the conditions of the weather we or I failed to get a picture of the 4 of us. Wendy (you can see her fabulous creations over on her blog) made my dress, Cora's dress and Eli 3 piece suit. They turned out perfect. This first picture is the only you will get to see of me and the kids - nice - huh???? Well, enjoy the pictures ;)

We are waiting for the ceremony to start - so i decided to take a self portrait - arent Eli's shades cool :)

My wonderful dressed hubby - They werent going to wear hats at first, i am glad they did - i think it makes the suit
Noah and Bren had 2 songs played - beautiful worship songs. While they were playing the two of them went and prayed together - it was very sweet.
I took so many pictures - but as most of you will know or have experienced trying to keep a 1 1/2 year old quite by shoving cookies in her mouth and then trying to prevent her from wiping her mouth all over your dress and trying to keep her contained from either yelling out to Daddy or trying to get out of my lap to run up to Daddy - most of the shots didnt turn out all that well.

Man and Wife
Their first dance - Noah showed off his moves from our dance class that we all took over 9 years ago for mine and Gabe's wedding, which we didnt finish and decided it was to much work. But they looked great.
They did the money dance - always a favorite. Gabe gave Eli some money and he ran right up to Bren and started dancing. This boy loves brides. All brides are his favorite. We usually leave weddings with him saying how much he loves the bride. He was even more excited and even more in love with the fact that the bride was going to be his Aunt.
Our stylish little man - thanks to Wendy ;)
My sis in law Beth, Grandma P and Me
Eli showing his moves with Papa H
Then tried his moves with Aunt Bethie
Right before we left we needed to give his new Aunt Brendie a big hug.... but that wasent all....
he to needed to kiss the bride. If you know this boy at all - he is all about the love. he is so affectionate and loves to show you how much you mean to him.
I am a bit embarrased putting this picture up. It turned out so bad, but its the only one i have from that day for these two. Uncle Noah showed Eli so much love that weekend that He won him over. I hope you enjoyed the pictures Ridgecrest Fam. We were sad that we didnt see you there - Hope you are recovering well Carl... All our love to all of you!

and a HUGE
