We officially had a 4 year old living with us.... Cora turned 4 and let the whole world know about it... We started a tradition with our kids a few years back that we would take them and let them pick out their gift from us. On the 24th we took them to Toys R Us and she looked and looked and looked and changed her mind, and changed her mind again............................. this went on for two more times then i told her I was done.. She finally choose dance stuff - go figure ;) and with her $5 from her Great Uncle Buster and Great Aunt Shawnee she bought her first (not that their's going to be more in her future) pair of pink fuzzy leg warmers....
A special box came in the mail a week before her birthday from her Uncle UJ and Auntie.. She looked at it everyday and tried very hard not to "Cora handle" it.... FINALLY Sunday came and right after church we made it home and she got to open her box. It was an American Girl doll - a look a like and she named her Jewel. She loves Jewel and takes very good care of her...
