Today we went to my sister's house and attempted to can her apricots that she has growing in her backyard... And what do you know - we SUCCEEDED!!!!! We spent all day together and came away with 12 canned "jarred" preserves and 3 big jars of apricot halves. We were very happy with the results and this coming from someone who does not like apricots at all.
Can't have a whole day with my sister, 2 nieces and 1 nephew and not have at least one picture up. So here is our blue eyed beauty.
