On Saturday we had a completely free day. No house work and no one was sick - YEA!!! So we decided to take a family trip (downtown) to the Nature Center. Its one of our favorite *FREE* places to go. Not to mention it was Cora's first time, and were pretty sure she had a good day.

And the best part of the day. As we were headed to the park (which they closed off from the garden) Eli spotted a deer. We had to take a double look to see if they were real, and they were defiantly real. There was a mamma with her baby who Eli named - Bambi... so original, just munching on some flowers and leaves. The didnt run away as we crept a little closer - they didnt even seem to notice us. As I was snapping away trying to get as many adorable shots as i could get - here come the moment destroyers. "OH LOOK DEER!!" And off they ran back into the trees. Oh well, it was pretty cool while it lasted...
