Last weekend we took the kids to our annual Rodeo. I think this is our 4th time going, but this year we decided to get pay a bit more and get a bit closer. We were in the front row right up front. We had a great time.
This was my 4th attempt at getting a shot of me and Eli... Apparently he was more interested in other things besides making his mamma happy.
See - right up front or as up front as you can get without being behind the sign.
We were right next to the cattle roping. The cowboys would come racing out, throw or in some cases attempt to throw their ropes around the steer's necks, wrestle them to the ground and tie three of their legs together. This picture was taken right before i was told not to let Cora be there cause it was *dangerous*. OH well...
and here is our picture after we got into trouble.......
There were horse and buggy races - which were one of the highlights for us. They were going to fast and mud kept flying up everywhere.
Then the reason why we go to the Rodeo.... The bull riders... They are so cool and those bulls can get so angry... its AWESOME!
